Enjoy the privacy and solitude of this beautiful Adirondack home that sits on top of4 acres. Enjoy the peace and quiet, relax with a book in the screened in porch or watch the humming birds. The home is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors, beautiful furniture and a wood buring stove, and wall to wall fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and 1/2 bath. The guest room has a queen size bed complete with TV and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with double door refrigerator and icemaker, wall oven, gas burning cook top stove,and dishwwasher. The kitchen seats 4 with 3 stools on an open counter. The room extends into a large sitting room where adults could enjoy the candle lit fire place and relax.The large den has a 46 inch flat screen TV with surround sound for the family and ( a queen size simmons sleeper )The full bath is equipped with a washer and dryer. The half bath has a magnifying. The screened in porch has a grill with BBQ utensils, and a glass top metal table with 4 chairs,on your outages. There are 4 chaise lounges, and wood picnic table and an outdoor fire pit.

Convenient location under 3 miles to town, under 1/2 mile to the scenic train station and farmers market as well as a State canoe access and Beaver Brook Hudson River canoe and Kayak rentals. In winter Hickery Hill is in the same vicinity. 8 minutes to Lake George, enjoy the concerts in the park, arcades, miniature golf, and boating. Take a ride on the mini haha for a day of fun or the old town trolley. Shop at the outlets just past Lake George or go the Aviation Mall which is a 20 minute drive, as well as Six Flags Great Escape Theme and water park. Saratoga is 30 minutes to the casino, shopping and the race track. Obtain a fishing permit and fish the well stocked Schroon. Cronins golf course is just a short drive out of Warrensburg. Gore mountain is located 20 minutes away for sleigh riding and skiing in the winter or a gondola ride for the breathtaking view of the fall foliage. Great vacation year round, winter, fall, summer, spring.
