Beach House in Fort Lauderdale

Just steps to the beach or enjoy your own lush tropical backyard.    Living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other, creating an expansive space ideal for entertaining, socializing or just relaxing.  All rooms have large window areas allowing the sunlight to brighten the house. There is a large screened patio with 12 foot ceilings, fans, furniture and a teak table that seats eight. Ideal for outdoor dining.

This home is just a few houses from the beach, but off the main road (A1A) which can be noisy if you were closer to the traffic.  It is located on a street that is one block long and deadends into Birch State Park. Quite secluded, but close to everything you want to do in Ft. Lauderdale and the surrounding areas.

Inside - All bedrooms have king size beds. Modern appliances including washer and dryer. Teak dinig room table expands to seat ten.   All bedrooms and living area have satelite TV.  Florida room has a computer with wireless modem for internet connection of up to eight computers. Bose music system and surround sound. Available items onsite: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, dive tanks, surf fishing poles, men's and women's golf clubs, eliptical machine.

Outside - Waterfall with sitting bench in upper basin, plus an elevated gazebo in backyard.  Large screen enclosure with stainless steel natural gas grill.  Large teak table seats eight for outdoor dining.  The backyard is fenced for privacy.  Outdoor shower. Single car garage. Circular driveway can park 3 cars (plus 1 in garage). 

Just minutes to Las Olas Blvd, the world famous Ft. Lauderdale strip, downtown and the historic district. Beach, swimming, sunbathing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, wind surfing, boat rental and other water oriented activities.  Fishing, boating, jet skis and water taxis.  Golfing and parks (next to Birch State Park).  Museums, art gallaries and more.  Shopping and spas. Dining and nightclubs nearby. Wannado City at Sawgrass Mall. Dolphins, Marlins, Panthers and Heat games, Orioles spring training.  Two Seminole Casino's. Hard Rock Cafe with concerts all the time.

Minimum stay 3 nights. 

Minimum rates are for low season, May 1st through October 31st. 
Maximum rates are for high season,  November 1st thru April 30th and major USA holidays. 
Christmas and New Years $4000 per week.

Cleaning service $100.  Intermediate cleaning can be arranged for stays longer than 2 weeks.

Refundable security deposit or CSA insurance required.

Pets under 20lbs. only, additional security required.
