Summer/Fall - Swimming, Boating, Picnicing, Fishing - Largest lake in Southern Vt - Lake Harriman - Short drive. - Biking, Hiking, Golf, Horseback Riding.

Indoor and Outdoor Heated Pools, Saunas, Hot Tub. Childrens Playgrounds, Tennis and Basketball courts (Lighted), Volley ball, Horseshoes and bocci. Also, on site Crosscountry & Hiking Trails, Skating Pond, direct access to Vast Track.
