The island has more than 12 miles of beach, 22 golf courses, 225
tennis courts, and 50 miles of bike paths making Hilton Head one of
the country's premier destination resorts. Whether you visit for
golf, tennis, water sports, fine restaurants, the unspoiled beach or
simply to relax, we are sure you will enjoy the charm of the island.
Our Villa is located at 10 South Forest Beach known as the Forest
Beach Villas a beautifully landscaped single building consisting of 4
floors that is considered to be one the best run and maintained
complexes on the island.
You will be just a stone's throw from shopping and dining at Coligny
Circle, where you can also rent a bicycle to tour the area. Just a
hop, skip and flip flop from the beach, located across the street.
At Forest Beach Villas you will have unlimited use of the tennis
courts and the pool along with sheltered garage parking and an
elevator for your convenience.
Our roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa will sleep 3 with a queen sofa sleeper.
We are a top floor (4th floor) corner villa offering all the comforts
and amenties without stress. While having your morning coffee on the
patio you will enjoy views of woods and a lagoon w/fountain on one
side and the tennis court, pool, and another lagoon on the other.

Central Air, Phone with Voice Mail, Cable TVs with DVD/VCRs in both
the Living Room and Bedroom, Wireless Internet, Stereo with CD
Player, Full Kitchen with Microwave, Refrigerator, Ice Maker,
Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker, Washer and Dryer,Cooking Utensils along
with Towels and linens are provided. Sliding Glass Door from Bedroom

Initial Deposit of 1/3 is required. Refundable less a $50 reposting
charge if your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days of scheduled
arrival. The Balance is due along with an additional $200 security deposit
30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full after receipt and review of rental confirmation

The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after a
satisfactory inspection and cleaning.
