3/2/2 Home nestled in established Rosewood Subdivision adjacent to Traditions Golf Course. Master bedroom has a private patio and 36" Flat Screen TV. Master bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower, tile surround, and skylight. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower with tile surround. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room has a woodburning fireplace with gas starter. The kitchen has a stainless gas range and new refridgerator with ice maker. There is a small office with skylight adjacent to the dining room. The house is newly painted and has beautifully etched floors throughout.

The rate for Tues, Nov 20th-Sunday, Nov 25th is 1150.
Wednesday, Nov 21st -Sunday, Nov 25th is 1000.00.
