Less than a minute walk to the beach from your front door!  This is a spacious ground floor unit in a quiet, well maintained gated complex centrally located on Gulf Blvd with a beach access directly across the street.    

This unit is located down the street from the entertainment district where you will find our most popular island spots such as Coconuts, Laguna Bob's, Tequila Sunsets, Blanca White's and perhaps the most popular one, Louie's Backyard.  This is also the location where you will find many outdoor activities such as jet-skiing, wave runners, go-karts, minature golf, bungee jumping, for both kids and adults to enjoy as well as the seasonal fireworks display.  

There are many restaurants & eateries within walking distance.  These include Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Jakes Bar & Grill, Da' Pizza Joint, La Hacienda, Louie's, and Amberjacks.   Just a half a block away is Boomerang Billies (outdoor bar and grill) located on the beach where you can have cold drinks and burgers while watching the surf.  Many shopping options are also within walking distance.  No need to drive anywhere, just put on your flip-flops and walk out the door!

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size in the guest bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living room.   A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as if you were still at home.  There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the unit so there is no need to go to the laundrymat.   This condo has central air, 26" flat screens in each of the bedrooms and a 47" flat screen in the livingroom.  Blu-Ray DVD players in the livingroom and guest bedroom.  There is cable tv throughout with HBO & Cinemax, and Netflix in the livingroom.  This condo is beautifully decorated in a tropical decor that makes it impossibile to forget that your on vacation.   Beachview has a beautifully inviting pool with a  large hot tub and the courtyard has a lush tropical landscape.  This Complex has free WIFI and you have a perfect view of the seasonal fireworks display right from the pool/courtyard area. 

For your use on the beach we provide a beach umbrella w/anchor,  4 adult beach chairs and 4 childrens chairs, a portable gas grill, and an ice chest. An EZ-up canopy is available upon request.  For the kids we have boogie boards, skim boards, and various beach toys for the little ones. 

Since this is a ground floor unit it is great for Winter Texans and families with small children.  You can park right out your front door, and there is no need to carry luggage, toys or sleeping children up endless flights of stairs.  Don't spend your time walking up flights of stairs when you can be walking the beach.  You will be so happy you booked here!!!

Fishing, fishing and more fishing!  South Padre has world renowned fishing whether it be in the Laguna Madre or the Gulf.   For the avid golfer,  South Texas offers several championship golf courses.  There is a Schlitterbahn water park only minutes away and the entertainment district is walking distance from the condo. South Padre has wonderful dining establishments and a great night life.   Other activities on the island include all types of watersports, dolphin watch cruises, birdwatching,  horseback riding and just hanging out at the beach!

A $300.00 minimum reservation/security deposit is required for all bookings and is refundable after departure/inspection.  Cancellations made 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date will have their deposit refunded in full.
