Oceanfront Dunescape Condo in Atlantic Beach

Beautiful oceanfront Atlantic Beach condo - 3 bedrooms - 2 1/2 baths - with Wi-Fi!

This is a non-smoking unit.  This condo does not overlook the pool; it is directly oceanfront.  It's easy to get to the unit with the elevator from the parking below the units, or the stairwell. It is nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, and all on one level.  The elevator is just 2 doors down from the condo, and it is so convenient.  Also, you are just steps from the ocean or the pool, with a good view of the ocean and beach-side walkway and gazebo. 

This complex is near Pine Knoll Shores, which was recently advertised in Coastal Living!  You can watch the dolphins and even the kite surfers from the deck of the condo or the gazebo!  Also, we have a day dock on the soundside across the street, by the overflow parking lot - pictures of the day dock are included.

Parking passes (3) provided for your stay - there is not assigned parking.  You can park either under the building or in the parking lot.  There is also a shower by the walkway so you can rinse off on your way back in from the beach.

No pets!  The Homeowners Association does not allow renters or guests to bring pets.

Saturday to Saturday rentals, unless otherwise agreed upon.  Just ask, and I will work with you.

Sleeps 6:

Security deposit of $200 (refundable).

Weekly/monthly rates includes departure cleaning.  

Weekend/nightly rates do not include cleaning; there will be an extra charge.

This unit is privately owned.  The homeowners are NOT responsible for ANY accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to the renter(s), or any guests or visitors of the renter(s), while in the unit, on the premises, or while using any community facilities.  By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or of any harm to others whom they invite to use the premises.

You can work or play at the beach.

January 1, 2013 - March 23, 2013 - $750 per week

March 23 - April 6, 2013 - $895 per week

April 6, 2012 - May 25 - $1000 per week

May 25 - June 29, 2013 - $1400 per week

June 29 - July 6, 2013 - $1600 per week (4th of July week)

July 6 - August 3, 2013 - $1500 per week

August 3 - August 31, 2013 - $1400 per week

August 31 - October 31, 2013 - $950 per week

Daily and monthly rates depend on time of year and length of time.

Refundable security deposit $200 due with final payment.

PayPal also accepted.

Deposit Policy & Cancellation
A 30% deposit is due at time of booking. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit may be forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, unless the unit is re-rented.
