A fabulous home...less than competitive rates!
Totally remodeled home on the inside as you can see. Absolutely stunning and very spacious. Perfect for a large family or two families. But let's start with the beautiful furnishings and decorating...first class all the way.
Then there is the spacious Living Area on the main floor with wonderous view of the beach and ocean ... with large TV and full wet bar. Off the Living Area is the Kitchen/Dining Room and Kids area...with everything you will need in the modern Kitchen along with the seating area bar. The Dining Room seats eight or more with a large Farmers table overlooking the ocean... plus much more for a family including a hichair, pak 'n play and booster chairs. Plus a full bath.
And the deck ... two levels and plenty of room to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean or for cocktails in the evening as the sun glistens over the ocean.
The first floor boasts one of two Master Bedroom suites with a King, full bath and a trundle bed (two twins). Perfect for a couple or family suite that can sleep four.
The main floor features two additional bedrooms ... the first with a Queen and the second with a bunk bed and futon bed as well, with ocean view. Full bath as well.
The third floor has two additional bedrooms ... another Master Bedroom with full bath, fabulous ocean view and TV. The other ocean view bedroom has two twins plus a futon bed.
Depending upon how many kids, the home can sleep up to 14.
Then there is the fabulous Serenata Beach Club, just two miles south, only $230 for your group for a week including 3 pools, fitness center and restaurant and bar and more (10 people, not including kids 6 and under).
