This year-round, lakefront, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home was completely renovated in 2009 and all facilities and amenities are BRAND NEW. From the moment that you drive up to the home you will be impressed with all that you see. The location, the lake frontage, the home and its furnishings! Each of the 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and all linens are provided. The master bedroom features a huge window overlooking Owasco Lake, a queen sized bed, and loads of closet space. The large second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need and more - oven, stove, micro, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, utensils, plates etc. The living room features a dining table for 6, two leather couches for 5 people, LCD TV and DVD player, a number of books and board games and a 'florida room' overlooking the Lake. Outside a table for 4, a BBQ/grill, and dock are provided.

The house is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your vacation and is a true home away from home.  Verizon Fios cable, internet and digital phone is provided. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with a generous amount of pots, pans, crockery (table setting is for 16), cutlery and utensils, and has a spice rack with 16 various spices. The laundry is equipped with a brand new, extra large, washer and dryer. Outside, a large grill with side burner and a glass table outdoor setting with 4 cushioned chairs sits on the patio overlooking the lake and the large grassy yard.  Next to the lake there is a medium sized fire pit for cooking smores any time of the year, and a 60 ft dock and mooring for your boat.  We also provide little extras such as laundry soap, dishwashing soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and other cleaning products for your convenience.

This completely renovated lakefront home is located in picturesque Auburn, NY - the largest town within the Finger Lakes Region and central to all major tourist attractions. The house is located just 30 minutes from Ithaca, NY, home to Cornell University and Ithaca College as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops, the Sciencenter and the famous Ithaca Farmer's Market; 15 minutes away are the wineries on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake and the beautiful college town of Aurora (home to Wells College) several outstanding restaurants and the world famous MacKenzie-Childs Boutique. Auburn itself is home to the Merry-Go-Round Theater (at the head of Owasco Lake) which presents well-known Broadway musicals throughout the summer, a number of quality restaurants and everyday shopping facilities (Wegmans, Walmart etc.) . The boutique/spa town of Skaneateles is a short 15 minute drive and is home to the Mirbeau Spa (rated one of the best in the US) and a number of fine dining options.
