A rare offering from the true "Tybee Cottage" very unique genre of historic homes! "Jone's Joy" lets you enjoy the aura of what makes the raised cottage experience so special...no "cookie cutter like everywhere else" experience.:) You'll love the HUGE open living space! There's even a computer desk WITH computer provided. For those bringing a pet, there is a fenced (see pics) small area that allows you to let your dog out from upstairs down to this area "to do business" without you having to go out before coffee in the morning.:) The kids' suite with separate entrance provides a daybed, bunks and a flip bed providing sleeping for four in total..with bath, air conditioning and t.v! There is an outdoor enclosed shower to get the sand and salt off of everyone before going inside. WHAT a treat.:)
It's an easy walk to the popular 6th street beach, and Tybee's huge Memorial Park is one block away from the home! (Skate area, basketball, volleyball, tennis, picnic/grill pavilions, and large children's park with all sorts of play equipment. This long time family home is almost exactly mid-island, giving you easy access to all there is to see and do in all directions!

$50 pet fee added to all stays with pets.No 2 night stays for holiday weekends or major events; 3 night minimum.
