Why pay for the cost of hotel when you can come here and enjoy all your privacy and comforts of home. Our cozy retreat has a lot to offer. Newly remodeled kitchen, large one bedroom with queen size bed. Full size bathroom (not small RV style), with full shower and separate sink. Dinning area and living room space. Washer and dryer also inside.
If outdoors is your thing, then enjoy our beautifully decorated terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine after a day in the water or read a book or enjoy the sunset!!! Tables and charis as well as BBQ.
With reservation we can reserve a boat dock, if requested. New AC, cable tv and plenty of parking.

Private beach area, boat dock and large pool with plenty of space to sit and tan or just relax. On the premises we also have a vollyball area as well as a playground.
activities and attractions in Key Largo The Florida Keys
We are just one mile from JOHN PENNEKAMP STATE PARK where you can go snorkeling, diving or rent a boat. Publix Supermarket is within walking distance or just a short bike ride away. Harris Harris State Park is approximately 4 miles north of us, there is also ADAMS CUT Chanel which is great for fishing or taking a boat ride to the bay side. There are several restaurants such as Fish Market and HOBO's which have a great variety to offer. There are also many other local restaurants and bars that are great. Key West is about one hour and half South or MIAMI is one hour North with great shopping areas.

* $500 weekly + 12.5% (taxes) Total $562.50 (example)
* Inquire about multiple month discount
* deposit of 50% required at time of reservations the other 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
*Refundable $200.00 Security Deposit Required and is held thru the stay. Once we inspect for damages we will refund by personal check. Please note , we use common sense approach treat it as if was your own.
