Comfortable and Peaceful Condo, Walk Downtown, View of Bay, in Kailua-Kona

This unit will provide you with a calm and relaxing Hawaiian vacation.  It's on the 5th Floor (top floor) and is quiet.  The Master Bedroom is quite large with it's own Lanai.  This room has two ceiling fans and an extremely comfortable King-sized bed and leaving the Lanai door open will provide you with one of the best nights sleep you've ever had.  A plus is that you will wake up to a serenade of tropical birds. There is a TV in the Master Bedroom for your enjoyment. The Master Bathroom has been recently remodeled to replace the tub with a beautiful large glass block walk-in shower.  The Second Bathroom is a full bath with a combination shower/tub. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a rice cooker and a coffee grinder, just in case you want to get started right away on that Kona Coffee.  The furniture in the living room is new and with two more ceiling fans and an air conditioner, you can be comfortable no matter how warm it gets.  The Lanais off of the Living Room and the Master Bedroom will provide you with a view of the Mountains as well as a small view of the Kailua Kona Bay.  You can also enjoy Cable TV, a DVD player, Stereo and Internet.  We recently added a foam pad and properly fitted sheets for the Queen Sofa Bed.

Kona Pacific is a popular complex in Kailua Kona, providing views of the Ocean from the Swimming Pool and Gas Barbecues along with tables for you to enjoy your meal if you wish. There is also a community room in the Barbecue area that you can use for gatherings.  It contains a refrigerator and some community books for your enjoyment.  The lush tropical foliage on the grounds are very nicely kept and help to further the Hawaiian experience.

Kona International Airport is 9 miles away, about a 20 minute drive.  A leisurely walk away is Downtown Kona where you can enjoy the Sunset from several good Restaurants - our favorite is The Royal Kona Resort across Alii Drive from the complex.  Also in Downtown Kona is the Farmers Market, where every Wednesday through Sunday you can purchase pineapples, mangos, papaya, avacados, tropical flowers and so much more.

Kona Pacific is a short distance from White Sands Beach and world class snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will also find Sea Turtles. Head South out of Kona and you will find yourself in Kona Coffee country where you'll find free coffee samples galore.  Visit Pu'uhonua o Honauna, also called The Place of Refuge, Volcanoes National Park, and if you go to Hilo don't miss Big Island Candies and their wonderful chocolate dipped shortbread. Championship Golf Courses are nearby. Visit Kona and enjoy world class Beaches, Snorkeling, Parasailing, Dinner Cruises, Luaus, Kayaking, Diving and Deep Sea Fishing.
