Vacation Rental Description

Villa Amelia Palm Springs with Mt. Views from Private Pool & Spa is located in a newly built  
subdivision just north of the bustle of downtown Palm Springs, yet far enough away for quiet  
seclusion and total privacy.  
 
Elegant home décor includes leather furniture, slate tiled floors, a rustic stone fire place, and  
king & queen beds. All bath/beach towel, linens and bedding is provided. Our sheets are 600 thread  
count with down mattress pads for your comfort. 
 
From the master bedroom, there are French doors leading to a private backyard and a sparkling 15 x  
30ft. pool & spa with mountain views to the west. The pool also has a 10 inch tanning shelf, perfect  
for the little ones. The patio deck also includes out door dining for 6, and a stainless-steel BBQ  
Grill.  
 
Indoor entertaining includes a 28" cable TV/DVD and stereo in family-room along with sofa-sleeper;  
the semi-formal dining area will comfortably seat 6; and the bright modern kitchen contains all the  
culinary amenities for home cooked meals. Large enough to accommodate 6 adults, this home is  
available for getaway weekends, long vacations, and special holidays.

Vacation Rental Rates

LOW SEASON (6/1-9/30): $225/Night ~ $1100/Week ~ $2900/Month 
 
MID SEASON (10/1-12/15): $250/Night ~ $1200/Week ~ $3200/Month 
 
HIGH SEASON (12/16-5/31): $275/Night ~ $1300/Week ~ $3500/Month 
  
In addition to the rate: 
 
- 11.75% Palm Springs Tax,  
- $500 min. security deposit (refundable 30 days of departure) 
- $175 cleaning fee 
- $35/day or $200/week* utility fee which includes heating/operation of private pool & spa.  
 
*Gas & Electricity paid directly by guests on reservations of 14 days or  
more! 
 
(Exemption to the Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax includes:   
Federal Government employees on active assignment, Federal Credit  
Union members conducting official business and those persons holding  
Diplomatic Immunity.)
