bottom make this an ideal summer vacation spot for families with
young children. In summer, enjoy 200 ft. private dock with a large
pvt. plateform at the end for privacy and sunbathing. The new 4
person hot tub on the lower level along with a four poster bed make
this home a favorite for couples in Fall and Winter as well. A two
block stroll brings you to restaurants and ice cream shops. A county
park with playground equipment is a short walk down the beach.
Snowmobile trails lead from the cottage to the Straits of Mackinaw in
winter. Skiing, golf and shopping trips are close by. A brand new
deck along with complete air conditioning make this home the best
around.

Amenities include a complete full kitchen with everything from a
blender, dishwasher, microwave to a full set of dishes, glasses
silverware to meet all your serving needs including a new gas grill.
Washer and dryer with soap. We furnish it all including aluminum
foil,plastic bags, paper towels, sheets and linens, coffee tea, etc.
Just bring your swimsuit.

Remember, Lake Missaukee is 2000 acres, is an all sports lake with
excellent fishing and averages about 15-20 feet deep. The lake gets
warm fast in the summer and is always refreshing.

We even furnish wood for your private fire pit. Or just listen to
your CDs on our CD sound system. Fax, beachchairs, games, iron,
alarm clocks, ice maker & some beach toys for the children.

We supply all kinds of games, books and water toys including floating
lounge chairs along with life preservers. Again, this
is a unique place where you get it all in one price.

Two cable TVs with 2 DVD and 2 VCRs and remotes. Again, everything
is virtually new including the 4 person hot tub.

Swimming boating, sunbathing are the norm. But there is something
for everyone. Great fishing and snorkling too.
