You benefit from the quietness and privacy of the 'nobody above you' top floor.  There are actually two pools & two hot tubs.  One hot tub by the kiddie pool and the other by the larger and gorgeous family pool.  There is a cafe/store in the center of the property along with a fitness room & business center.  In between the beachfront pool areas is the Tiki Bar, Lounge Area & Walkway to the beach.

The balcony is accessible from the living room & the master bedroom.

The condo has tasteful accessories throughout - Tommy Bahama style, and a beveled mirror in the living room provides an additional & gorgeous reflective view of the Gulf. 

The living room also features a comfortable queen sleeper, new Visio HD TV, Sony DVD and high speed wireless coded for your use.  The master bedroom has its own access to the balcony and private full bath.  Also JVC HD TV in the master bedroom.  The second bedroom is also nicely carpeted and like the master has its own closet, dresser, TV (Insignia DVD/VHS) and end table.

Your vacation condo comes with reserved covered parking with two elevators nearby.  The condo complex itself is new and built in 2006.  True luxury, great location, top floor sweeping gulf views by the ocean - all of this and the benefits of a world class city make for a great extended Florida vacation!

Treasure Island is blessed with over 3 miles of white sandy Gulf Coast beaches.

Yearlong activities include swimming, boating, fishing, golfing or just taking a long walk down the beach.  Treasure Island is part of the 13th largest metropolitan area in the United States and is only a 45 minute drive from Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens and only a 2 hour drive from the Orlando area.

You know you will be in Treasure Island when you pass the famous Pirate's Welcome and Treasure Chest or cross one of the three bridges that bring you to a tropical world of lush flowers, palm trees, parrots, pelicans and dolphins. 

Within walking distance - of course the famous beaches and John's Pass (and all the activities there), check out Shake Shak (just look out the balcony and hard left) - also must dine - Middle Grounds Grill (semi-formal - .5 miles) and Rickey T's (.7 miles) and come hungry!

This is a weekly rental with Saturday to Saturday preference and extended stays welcome.  Shorter stays when available and daily rates provided.  Weekly rates Saturday check in at 4 PM and check out at 10 AM.  Cleaning and passlock re-coding required.   

This top floor unit is personally owned, personally cared for and well managed - no smoking and no pets please.  Families and children of all ages welcome, and Sunset Vistas is excellent for all ages.  With living room sleeper sofa can accommodate 6.  $500 deposit per week guarantees your reservation.  Credit cards welcome.  Rent does not include $95 cleaning and 12% Florida sales/resort tax.  There are no hidden charges.

Extended stays in this top floor luxury condo are welcome from 2-3 weeks to monthly and long term rentals.  Contact owner for special arrangements, corporate accommodations, weddings, family/corporate events or any special booking requirements.

Check schedule or call for multi week, monthly or longer term rentals.  Check out the owners website for specific rates by week and e-mail or call for shorter or extended stays.  Weekly scheduling and rates take precedence with shorter stays or fill-in days when available.

Reservation deposit, security deposit and balance of rental by can be paid by HomeAway credit card or call owner to process credit card.  Personal check 45 days prior or money order 30 days prior.  Personal 4-digit security lock code is provided at day of check in/or previous depending cleaning and change/over.  This provides you with your unique security lock code.
