This spacious 4 bedroom/3 full bath coach home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Province Park community. The second floor home overlooks a lovely, scenic lake with fountain.
The floor plan is open, light and airy...just perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with the family.
Living room area boasts high ceilings and a beautiful imported Italian leather couch and love seat with four built in recliners that let you relax in front of the 42" flat screen cable TV. Look to your left and the full wall glass sliding doors open onto a lanai with the same lake view.
Eat-in kitchen table seats six. Add a bar counter with two stools for breakfast or snacks. Lanai table provides additional dining for four.
The kitchen has everything you need:
large refrigerator with ice maker, blender, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven...dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots and pans all provided with a bisque colored corian counter top and European style raised panel cabinetry and corian double sink.
The master bedroom sits lakeside and enjoys it's own flat screen cable TV. The furnishings in this newly purchased home are all brand new. The master bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom number two has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom/den holds a beautiful new pullout queen sleeper.
Separate laundry room includes full size washer, dryer and laundry tub.
There is also a 2 car garage and 1 allotted parking space
