Vacation Rental Description

Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, this comfortable and
relaxing, second floor, condo offers spectacular lake and golf course
views overlooking the 18th hole as well as beautiful sunsets from the
screened-in Lanai. Unit has been upgraded. 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom, walk-in
closet, and its own entrance to the Lanai through sliding glass doors.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate guest bathroom. The
condo comes with a fully-furnished kitchen which includes a breakfast
dining area which receives the morning sun.  In addition, the condo
comprises of a dining room and living room with sliding glass doors
leading to the Lanai. A golf club membership or a dining only fee 
is transferable to you during your stay depending on length of stay 
(monthly minimum stay required).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit consists of telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV
(in living room and both bedrooms), printer/fax/scan/copy machine,
DVD, VCR, stereo, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice
maker, coffee maker, cooking utensils and linens provided, washer,
dryer, pool and hot tub (shared), covered parking, no smoking.
Queen-sized Aero mattress available (electric pump). Out-door grills
available for guests are located near the unit. Unit located near
elevator and stairs.

Activities and Attractions

Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club is an upscale gated residential
community offering many amenities whether you are interest in
championship golf, tennis courts, fitness centers, heated pools, hot
tubs or walking, biking or jogging amongst the beautiful landscaping
and open spaces.  The Golf & Country Club also offers a pro shop and
restaurant. 

Kelly Green’s is well located, close to shopping centers, outlet
malls, variety of restaurants, several public beaches and medical
facilities.  Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach are all
less than 15 minutes away.  The RSW International Airport, Minnesota
Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training centers and Barbara B. Mann
Performing Arts Hall, are located within 15-30 minutes away.

Low Season ... $1600 - 1800/month
High Season .. $3000 - 3200/month

Security Deposit Required plus $110 Cleaning Fee, 11% sales tax
Deposit Required:  $55.50 Damage Deposit Fee (nonrefundable) or 
$300 deposit (refundable 30 days after departure)

Available: $200 Golf Transfer fee or $100 Dining only fee (30-day
minimum stay required)
