Just minutes from famous South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal-Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theatres, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous restaurants.
Located on the 5th floor, with a balcony, condo has a breath taking view on the beach and is fully equipped.
Accommodation includes:

Rates are $450 a week and up depending on season.
Extra days are $70.00 a day and up.
There is a 13% sales tax on all rentals, a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 and a $60.00 cleaning fee.
Also, we require a $200 security deposit which we hold until after we clean and inspect the room.
No Exceptions.

The rate may be negotiated depending on the length of stay.
Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to guest's arrival at the property.
Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Paypal are accepted methods of payment.
