The two bedrooms, two bathroom townhouse features one king size bed
in the master bedroom, which includes a balcony that overlooks the
pool and beach. The second bedroom has a full bed as well as a twin
bed. Along with the two bedrooms there is also a full bathroom
upstairs. The downstairs of the townhouse is located on ground
level which includes a fully equipped kitchen that includes
refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.. The first
floor also includes fully furnished dining room, second bathroom and
living room area with a sofa sleeper. This area opens up into a
patio with rocking chairs and lounge chairs which leads right to the
pool and beach. The townhouse includes three TV’s, a stereo system,
and VCR, telephones with answering machine, computer and fax
hookup. Linens such as bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets
are provided.

Pool area: two heated pools, kiddie pool, lounge chairs and
umbrellas, entry to and from the beach

Condo features: Tennis courts, weight room, Jacuzzi and steam room

Newly remodeled pool, jacuzzi, weight room, sauna, private parking,
24 hour secure gated community. All utilities included such as
water, electricity, and local phone calls.
