This private one story three bedroom, three bath
Princeville vacation home has been refurbished and decorated to
please any guest with the utmost "discriminating taste". This
Hawaiian style house has an expansive wrap-around deck overlooking
the Lakes 9 Fairway on Princeville's famed Makai Golf Course.
The spacious 2,500 + sq. ft. living space sleeps three couples
comfortably and/or up to twelve people with still lots of room to
stretch. There are two separate wings connected by a common sitting
room that leads to an expansive deck servicing a Pinnacle
Jacuzzi Spa Hot Tub , a Weber gas grill and patio dining
table/chairs.
The main home area has a large living room with comforting goose
down filled sofas you will want to "wear home", a complete home
theater entertainment system, a well equipped kitchen with "Kashmir
Gold" granite counter tops, a play loft for a child's private get-
away, a delightful master bedroom (king bed) decorated in exquisite
tropical Komodo rattan, a master bath, and second guest bedroom
(queen bed) with private bath that is ADA compliant to accommodate a
guest using a wheelchair . The second wing has a private entrance,
separate living room, 2nd master bedroom (king bed) & master bath
and kitchenette.
From Emmalani Kai you can walk to restaurants, shopping, golf,
tennis & beach trails. Pristine Hanalei Bay awaits you just an eight
minute drive down the hill for surfing, sailing, fishing, boogie-
boarding, or simply relaxing on the sun bathed white sandy beaches.
For a truly awesome spectacle, stay until late afternoon and witness
possibly, the most beautiful sunset in the Hawaiian Islands. Don't
forget your camera ! !
We've thought of everything ! High speed internet access line for the working
executive or the avid computer user. For your viewing and listening
pleasure, we have a VCR/DVD with at least 10 old movie titles and
surround sound CD stereo system. For your convenience, this home
also has a fax machine, telephone answer machine, (only upon request
and for a nominal fee) a playpen and highchair. The beach gear
provided are several sets of snorkel gear, several boogie boards,
two mountain bikes, a large cooler, several beach chairs & beach
mats.
The state-of-the-art Jacuzzi Spa featuring a water jet back-massager
will significantly add to your relaxation and enjoyment. Enjoy the
Jacuzzi spa after 18 holes of golf, your horseback ride into the
interior or upon returning from your hike on the Kauai's dramatic Na
Pali Coastline Trail. Evenings under the stars in the Jacuzzi spa
are particularly enjoyable. We've made this area very private.
Our vacation rental guests receive discounts on their Princeville
golf at both Prince and Makai courses. Just let them know you are a
Princeville Resort Guest. They may require to see your rental
contract. You can arrange your T-times up to 30 days prior to check-
