Oceanfront townhouse with breathtaking view-TH 10 in Key Biscayne

This gem is located on one of the most pristine beaches in South Florida.  Naturally beautiful and not crowded.  This two story townhouse has tile floors downstairs and wood floors upstairs.  The master bedroom faces East providing  breathtaking sunrises every day.  It has a balcony with magnificent unobstructed ocean views.  It is host to a queen sized bed. 

The second bedroom offers a full sized bed with a twin trundle.  There is a full bath with a tub/shower upstairs.

Downstairs is the kitchen/living area complete with a full bathroom with a separate room for the shower and toilet.

The doors of the living area open to your personal lanai.  You are surrounded by travelers palms, aloe plants and banana trees.  The lanai leads to the pool deck with its beautifully manicured gardens and two recently renovated pools.  One Olympic in size, perfect for relaxing or swimming laps.  A second children's pool is perfect for the little ones in your life.  Approximately a foot deep, even the youngest of swimmers will enjoy this pool.   The garden areas are perfect for an evening stroll or for children to play.

The building has many amenities including: gym, tennis courts, ballroom, children's pool, olympic pool, beach chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck, and beach chairs on the beach. 

Private place but only steps to the white sandy beach. Assigned parking space right next to the townhouse entrance. Fully furnished (bedding and kitchen) with washer, dryer, food disposal, central air conditioning, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker.  All linens included.  Everything to enjoy a perfect vacation.   Basic cable, internet access and local calls included.   Public WiFi available on pool deck.

Turtles are known to lay their eggs on the beach in front of the building.  With any luck you will catch a glimpse of the baby turtles as they make their journey from the nest to the ocean, or perhaps you will be lucky enough to see Dolphins swimming in the Ocean just in front of the building.

Casa del Mar on Key Biscayne is less than 5 minutes from  many exciting locations and attractions.  It is less than 5 minutes from one of the best windsurfing locations in the Southern United States, Virginia Key.  Also located on Virginia Key is the Seaquarium, open 365 days a year (an annual pass is available for a nominal additional fee to the daily entrance fee and you can visit it as frequently as you like.  It will also give you a discount to area attractions such as Jungle Island).  Virginia Key offers windsurf rentals and kite surfing rentals.  

Casa Del Mar is less than 5 minutes from Bill Baggs State Park and the historic Key Biscayne light house.  World Class Golf is available on the Key Biscayne Golf course and in the spring,  the Sony Ericsson Open Tennis Tournament is played at Crandon Park, Key Biscayne .  Boat charters are available from Key Biscayne for half day or full day fishing charters.  Crandon Park also offers a Nature Center and water activity rentals.  Also located at the park is a traditional carousel (small fee), skate park and play ground.

Within 15 minutes you can be in downtown Miami, the Adrienne Arsht Center of Permorming Arts, the new state of the art Opera and performing arts center in Miami, the American Airlines Arena, Bayside Shops, the Morningside shops, the upscale shops of Merrick Park (Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Tiffany, Gucci, Williams & Sonoma-to name a few), Jungle Island, the Miami Children's Museum, the Miami Museum of Science, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Miami Beach (South Beach) with its many clubs, restaurants and bars.
