cozy, 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house.

Nestled on a spectacular hillside just south of downtown Oceanside,
this home offers excellent access to numerous beach activities,
nature trials and the quaint coastal towns and beaches of Oceanside
and Netarts.

Watch the whales pass by in the spring, the beautiful sunsets and
morning mist in the summer and of course the awesome storms during
fall and winter.

Take these incredible views in from both living areas and two of the
three bedrooms in this approximately 2,100 sq ft home. Sleeping
arrangements are available for 10 with a king, queen, full, and two
trundle beds.

Luxurious new berber carpet was recently installed and all the walls
have just been professionally painted. Brand new furniture includes
leather couch and love seat, new mattresses throughout, TV’s,
stereo,
and a fully equipped kitchen.

UPSTAIRS:

LIVING ROOM:
Leather sofa and love seat, wood burning stove, TV with satellite
(including 8 channels of HBO and 5 of Cinemax), VCR, 5-disc CD
stereo
(with some of our favorite CD’s), and binoculars to view the Three
Arch Rocks, resident sea lions and passing whales.

DINING ROOM:
Large dining set, and stools along the kitchen bar.

KITCHEN:
Range, oven, microwave, coffee maker (with filters), dishwasher
(including initial soap), side-by-side refrigerator, handmixer,
blender,
toaster, complete utensils and plates, glasses, and bowls for 12,
pots and pans, wine glasses, Tupperware, baking dishes, and
telephone
for incoming and local calls.

MASTER BEDROOM:
King bed, large Jacuzzi tub and full bathroom, all looking out over
the ocean and Three Arch Rocks.

FRONT BEDROOM:
Double bed plus daybed with trundle (use either as two twins or one
king).

FRONT BATH:
Full bathtub, shower and linen closet.

DOWNSTAIRS:

FAMILY ROOM:
Decorative couch, wing back chair, daybed with trundle (use either
as
two twins or one king), satellite TV with VCR, bookshelf full of
books and games for kids ... and big people.

BEDROOM:
Queen bed plus full bath.

MINI KITCHEN:
Bar sized refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and plenty of storage.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Full sized washer and dryer, including initial laundry soap, for
your
convenience.

GARAGE:
Two car garage.

OTHER:
Bath towels, linens, comfy pillows, and hangers are all provided.
First night’s firewood (one bundle) provided with your stay.

Activities abound in and around the Oceanside area. Walk the entire
sandy beach from Oceanside down to Netarts Bay. Or during low tide
walk around the point near the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife
Refuge, or take the 30 yard tunnel through the cliff, and find
another world of off-shore rock formations, caves, rugged beaches
and
soft agate treasures along the beach.

Hike on numerous trails along the nearby hillsides, past the Octopus
Tree out to the 100+ year old Cape Meares lighthouse, or along Cape
Lookout for fabulous high-up views of the coast both to the north
and
the south.

Find art galleries, antique shops, wonderful coffee shops, and
family
run restaurants in the nearby towns of Oceanside, Netarts and
Tillamook.

Cape Kiwanda, Dunes State Park, Tillamook Cheese Factory, Garibaldi
(boat charters and rentals), Latimer Quilt and Textile Museum, the
Pioneer Museum, the Air Museum, and the Whiskey Creek Fish Hatchery
are all within a short drive of the Moondance.

Crabbing, claming, fishing, aerial tours, windsurfing, canoeing,
kayaking, surfing, bike riding, wildlife watching (including whales,
seals, sea lions, birds, deer and elk), horse back riding,
blackberry
picking, and golfing are all available within the nearby area.

Local events include the Tillamook County Rodeo and Dairy Parade,
the
County Fair, Netarts Wine and Cheese Festival, and Dory Fleet Days.

Or just snuggle in, build a fire in the wood stove, grab a good book
and watch the waves spray Three Arch Rocks, whales passing by, sea
lions resting on the rocks, hangliders leaping off Maxwell Mountain,
and storms roll in, ... or just let your imagination float away as
you take in the seemingly endless horizon.

Summer/Holiday Rates are $245/night or $1,475/wk
(June 1 - August 31 and major holidays)

Winter Rates are $195/night or $1,200/wk

All rentals require a 2 night minimum, other than holidays, which
require a 3 night minimum.

Inquire about stays longer than one week.

$150 refundable security deposit, cleaning deposit, plus first
nights
rent are required to secure a reservation. Balance of payment is
due
at least two weeks prior to stay. Once the balance is received, a
house key and map will be mailed.

The full security deposit will be returned within two weeks after
stay, assuming the house is left in acceptable condition. To ensure
everyone has a pleasant stay, this is a smoke free and pet free
house. If there is any sign of either, the entire security deposit
will automatically be forfeited.

There is a $65 cleaning fee for stays of 2 to 7 nights.

Maximum occupancy is 10 unless special arrangements are made.
