This very nice one story ranch home has three bedrooms, two baths and an office with over 1700 sq. ft, of floor space, located in the quiet, pleasant community of Cobblestone Farms.
Newly furnished, this home has everything you need for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The back yard is complete with a free-form solar heated pool, covered patio, gas BBQ and lounge chairs. This is a very livable house with an open floor plan. The master bedroom and bath is located in a separate part of house from guest bedrooms and bath. This makes it easier for couples or families to maintain some privacy. All rooms have 10 Ft ceilings - makes for a lot roomier and spacious feeling. The Cobblestone Farms neighborhood is one of the most sought-after areas in Maricopa.
In the garage you will find two bicycles that are yours to use during your stay. Lots of wide sidewals in this quiet neighborhood. Walk to grocery stores and shopping if yiou wish. Great shopping in Chandler and Casa Grande about 20min up the road. Ak-Chin Casino 10 minutes and within driving distance to baseball Spring Training camps. Just across the street and 5 minutes to the Duke golf course.
