*Situated on more than two private acres UP THE HILL from pristine 
Kezar Lake at Westways. 
*Includes  one-third mile of shared lake frontage, 5 docks, sandy 
beach, clay tennis court, turn-of-the-century lodge with fieldstone 
fireplace,ping-pong, pool table, and vintage bowling alley.  

PLEASE NOTE: Families with young children--our second floor is 
exposed with a 3-ft balcony (see photo below).

Vacation Rental Rates

FALL:  9/9/07 - 11/25/07 = $850/week ($140/night;3-night min.)Max. 
of 6 occupants.*

WINTER:  11/25/07 - 3/23/08 = $1000/week ($180/night; 3-night min.) 
Max. of 4 occupants in winter months.*

SPRING:  3/23/08 - 6/22/08 = $850/week ($140/night; 3-night min.)
Max. of 6 occupants.*

SUMMER:  6/22/08 - 9/07/08 = $1500/week; Max. of 6 occupants, 
weekly rentals only (Sunday to Sunday).*


CLEANING FEE: $100 for 1-week stay, $50 for 3-night stay. 
Linens are not included, but may be ordered for additional $75.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 security deposit is required.  The deposit 
is returned within 30 days of your stay.

*IMPORTANT: AS OF NOVEMBER 2005, THE STATE OF MAINE PASSED A 7% TAX 
ON SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTALS. THIS TAX WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL
