March is rented to families only at a rate of $ 945 per week.

June 10th to August 19th the rate is $ 1208 per week.

Special – April 1st to May 31st; Monday to Thursday $100.00/night requires a 2 night minimum stay. (Exception Easter Week)

Daily rates require a minimum stay of 2 nights plus tax and maid fee.

All rentals less than a month long have a 14.5 % tax added and all rentals pay maid fee of $55.00 per rental.
