- January, February, April 1st to June 10th, August 19th to December 31. (Exception Labor Day Holiday)
March is rented to families only at a rate of $ 945 per week.
June 10th to August 19th the rate is $ 1208 per week.
May 31st thru Sept 4th requires a 4 night minimum stay.
Daily rates require a minimum stay of 4 nights plus tax and maid fee.
All rentals less than a month long have a 14.5 % tax added and all rentals pay maid fee of $55.00 per rental.
