Unique, Beautiful Beach Block House & Apartment in Barnegat Light

We are located on a gorgeous and quiet beach block in Barnegat
Light.
Our property is especially desireable for extended families or
families who wish to rent together because of its unique layout.
The Main House sleeps up to 12 people in 4-5 bedrooms; The Apartment
sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms.
We are available for rent year round and are happy to rent for
weekends or partial weeks in the off season (September through mid-
June). In July and August 2009 we are renting both units together
and not as separate units.
This is a smoke-free/pet free rental and is kept immaculately clean.
Please note, this is not a place for prom parties, spring break
party groups or similar party groups.

3-zone central a/c, ceiling fans in every room, outoor showers,
multiple decks, gas grills, washer, dryer, dishwasher (main house
only) TVs with cable, VCR,s full kitchens, comfortable mattresses,
pillows & comforters, beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas and more!

There is a beautiful beach at the end of our block (5 houses away).
We are also within walking distance to Barnegat Lighthouse and
Barnegat Light State Park, shops, restaurants, Viking Village, a
kids
playground (which even has a skateboarding ramp), tennis courts,
public boat ramp, fishing, boat rentals, skate park, grocery store,
bank, video store & bike rentals.
Short drive to amusement park, mini-golf, water park and other
amusements.

July and August Main House and Apartment MUST be rented together.
Weekly Rate is $5000 which includes both units.
All other times the main house and apartment may be rented
separately if desired.
Our off season rates start at $500/week for the apartment ($350 for
the first 2 nights + $30/each additional night) and $900/week for
the main house ($600 for the first 2 nights + $60 each additional
night).
