The unit is bright and is equiped with modern appliances, a full kitchen, washer dryer, a wet bar, king size bed in master bed room, queen bed in second bed room, a dining room, living room and a balcony over looking the court yard. The unit is 1150 square feet.
Airlines into Harlingen airport are Continental and Southwest with a city shuttle from the airport to the Island.
Brownsville airport has flights on Continental and American airlines.

South Padre Island is a tourist and recreation paradise destination witht the following activities:
26 miles of Beach, Boating, sailing off shore and Bay, deep sea and bay Fishing, Diving, sail and kite boarding, birding center, Dolphin watch, Sea Turtle rescue center, U of T Pan American Coastal Laboratory. There are many restaurents on the Island for a night out, many with a lounge with entertainment.
Near the Island there are many attractions such as golf courses, Brownsville zoo and the University of Texas at Brownsville, Laguna Atascosa National Wild Life Refuge, Port Isabel Light house and Matamoros, Mexico si just 26 miles away.

The $ 788 rate applies to:
- January, February, April 1st to June 10th, August 19th to December 31. (Exception Labor Day Holiday)
March is rented to families only at a rate of $ 945 per week.
June 10th to August 19th the rate is $ 1208 per week.
Special – April 1st to May 31st; Monday to Thursday $100.00/night requires a 3 night minimum stay. (Exception Easter Week)
Daily rates require a minimum stay of 3 nights plus tax and maid fee.
All rentals less than a month long have a 14.5 % tax added and all rentals pay maid fee of $55.00 per rental.
