We look forward to your visit to "A SHORE THING":), our family's dream vacation retreat on Tybee Island. As local hosts (no anonymous corporate or out of town owner), we pride ourselves on providing the best of all we can for our guests. And, we're here to be responsive should you need us. Most frequent Tybee visitors know that, with streets sideways to the beach, water view is very rare. We can offer the rare side view from a massive deck. The suite is 3 bedroom and 2 and a half bath luxury. Modern features include stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and jet tub in the master bath. You have an additional deck off the back with wonderful views of the courtyard, pool and hot tub.  A king suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom and  queen sleeper provide very comfy sleeping for up to 8. TWO covered parking spaces are provided in the garage, and there is stair OR elevator access to the suite.

A security gated entrance to the property provides you privacy and safety.
"A Shore Thing" has a "Code punch" front door! For large parties, this is wonderful vs. trying to share a key.

Walk to pier and marine science center, as well as shops and restaurants!

Surfing, sunning, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea and pier or surf fishing, museums, forts, lighthouses, dolphin tour boats.

Just a short 14 mile (lovely) drive to all the wonders of Savannah. (named by the Paris newspaper as the most beautiful city in America!)

3/15 - 9/30......$1795 per Sat. to Sat. week. $275 a night with three night min. Weeks only in June and July please.

10/1 - 3/14......$1195 per Sat. to Sat. week. $190 a night with three night min.

13% state and local taxes plus $120 cleaning and laundry fee (less than the cleaning company charges) will be added to all stays.
