Large Custom home near Justin Winery in Paso Robles

Our custom home is a 3500 sq. ft home near Justin and Carmody McKnight wineries.  For great wine tasting and dinner at Justin you only have a 10 minute drive.  We are the closest home available to these famous wineries and many more just minutes from there. 

The home is also located near Lake Nacimiento for those who want to boat, fish and ski.  We have access to a cement launch ramp and also a private dock on a beach only 10-15 minutes away from the home or only a 2 minute boat ride from the launch ramp. We provide a private dock in a 5mph zone of the lake for your enjoyment.

One bedroom has two queen beds, two master bedrooms have queen beds, another master bedroom has a king bed, another room has a queen bed and there is a huge office/storage room has a double bed and two twins.  It is a great place for kids to crash.

 The home is nestled in the hills on 33 acres with no neighbors to see or hear. There is also a ping pong table outside in the outdoor detached garage.

There plenty of roads to bike and hike.  Enjoy the outdoors and wildlife with great access to wineries and boating.

Satellite TV, gas BBQ, kitchen stocked with cooking utencils, plates etc.  Linens and towels are provided.  We have a jacuzzi for those cold winter nights.  We have a lot of parking available so that even RVs can be next to the home with one RV electrical hookup.  The home is very spacious and has several areas for kids to sleep. 

We have two new kayaks available for rent at $25/day or $125/week each and a 15 foot fishing boat with an 8 hp motor for $85/day or $480/week (plus fuel a the current rate).  Advanced reservations are recommended since we offer these boats at two homes.

World famous wineries nearby.  Justin and Carmody McKnight are only 10 minutes drive.  Then many more as you drive around the hills of Paso Robles and Templeton.  Hearst Castle and Cambria are only 45 minutes away.  The city of Paso Robles is 25 minutes drive for more shopping and wineries.
