Rates for 2011

• Weekly : $900.00 (Aug through Dec) - $1150,00 (Jun, Jul)
• Summer (April) Montlhly : $2500 --- (Jun, Jul) Montly : $3000
• Winter (Jan, Feb, Mar) Montly : $2250.00 based on one month (multiple months, decrease $100,00 per month)
• Additional nights: $165,00 per night if available
• Minimum stay : 4 nights
• Deals can be made in off-season!
• Winter: Rental is MONTHLY based.
• Summer : Rental is WEEKLY based, from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be arranged when scheduling permits. However, in high season, this may not be possible.

Additional fees: 

• Sale & Resort taxes : 12.5%
• Cleaning fee: $85.00
• Adminstration fee: $25.00
• Payment must be made on arrivval for all reserved rental time. This includes taxes and cleaning fees.
• A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required upon reservation and is Not applied to Rental Fees. The Security/Damage Deposit is Returned within 30 Days after Your Departure Date and Condo Inspection.
• All payments must be made in cash, by travelers checks or money orders in US funds only. NO personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.
• Cancellations: Your security deposit will be returned to you (less a 50$ administration fee) if we are notified in writing 45 days prior to your arrival date. If you notify us less than 45 days, you will loose your deposit.
