The 20x18 master bedroom provides a comfortable feel. It is
furnished with a queen bed, futon, and couch. The room has a walk-
in closet and sliding door to the back patio deck.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The kitchen
opens up into the living/dining room which also has a slider to the
deck.
The back yard with deck, patio furniture, and charcoal BBQ grill is
completely fenced in with a tall privacy fence. The front yard is
open and spacious.

Enjoy the many conveniences of summer and year round living in the
Village of Elk Rapids. Take a short walk or bike ride through the
neighborhood to Main Street. Where you can go to the beach, play
tennis or basketball at the park, shop, enjoy dining, boating, visit
the library, see a movie, or just sit and enjoy an ice cream cone in
one of the North's best kept secrets for a quiet vacation getaway.

Elk Rapids is surrounded by lakes and beauty, this home is located
just blocks away from Lake Michigan, Elk Lake, and Bass Lake. Torch
Lake is just 10 minutes away and Traverse City is just 15 minutes
away.
