Newly weds to "empty nesters" can relax with an affordable "up north" vacation in the quaint Village of Elk Rapids. Surrounded by 2 beautiful lakes and fronted by Grand Traverse Bay, Elk Rapids is small town recreation at its very best.

Our 1000 sq. ft. ranch home is fully and attractively furnished. The 20x18 master bedroom provides a comfortable feel. It is furnished with a queen bed, futon, and couch. The room has a walk-in closet and sliding door to the back patio deck.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The kitchen opens up into the living/dining room which also has a slider to the deck. The back yard with deck, patio furniture, and charcoal BBQ grill is completely fenced in with a tall privacy fence. The front yard is open and spacious.

Enjoy the many conveniences of four season living in our Village. Take a short walk or bike ride through the neighborhood to Main Street. From there you can go to the beach, play tennis or basketball at the park, shop, enjoy dining, boating, visit the library, see a movie, or just sit on the shore of the river and enjoy an ice cream cone in one of the North's best kept secrets for a quiet vacation getaway.

Elk Rapids is surrounded by lakes and beauty, this home is located just blocks away from Traverse Bay, Elk Lake, and Bass Lake. Torch Lake is just 10 minutes away and Traverse City is just 15 minutes away.
