This lovely townhouse is located in Cottonwood Heights, which is a great central location for skiing all the local resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton). The ski shuttle and super market are 1/2 block from this townhouse. The ski shuttle is free if you purchase the discount lift tickets that I handle (Super Pass). These cost $61 per day for an adult for a 1 to 4 day pass and $31 per day for a child 12 and under. They are good at all four of the local ski resorts. The best savings is at Snowbird, where the rate that includes the tram is $76 if you buy it at the resort. These do include the tram. It is 7 and 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta and 10 and 12 miles to Solitude and Brighton.

This spacious  townhouse (2300 sq. ft.) has a private outdoor hot tub with a great view of the Wasatch Mountains, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 living areas with fireplaces (wood is provided), big sceen tv, satellite with all the movie channels, high speed internet, wet bar, gas barbeque grill and a 2 car garage. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (tub and shower). There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in another bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen airbed with electric pump that can be used for extra capacity.

The main attraction is the proximity to four ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton), which are all 10 to 15 minutes away. There are also 3 more ski resorts at Park City which are 1/2 hour away (Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley). There are also 2 resorts above Ogden (Powder Mountain and Snow Basin) that are 1 hour and 15 minutes drive and Sundance ski resort above Provo is about 1 hour. This is a great central location for skiing all of Utah's best resorts.

Summer rate $165 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free (April 15th to Dec. 15th)

Christmas rate $320 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free (Dec. 23rd to Jan. 1st)

Low season rate $255 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free (Dec. 15th to 23rd, Jan. 1st to 31st and April 1st to 15th)

High season rate $285 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free (Feb. and Mar.)
