Vacation Rental Description

Charming, historic home overlooks Hunter Spring Cove in beautiful  
Crystal River. The 1900 square foot home has been totally renovated  
and has a bed & breakfast feel.  It is fully furnished with two king  
size beds and a double bed.  
 
Great views of the water from kitchen, sun room, and two bedrooms.  
The home is bright, airy and cozy. A candles-only fireplace adds a  
warm and relaxing ambiance. This home is a rare find in a Florida  
Gulf Coast community that is still natural and uncongested.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal,  
kitchen appliances, and an assortment of pots, pans, storage  
container, dishes and utensils. The home has central air and heat,  
ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, gas grill, basic cable TV.  
Linens and towels are included. Wood deck in backyard overlooks the  
water. Yard is fully fenced and partly bricked.   
 
This house is centrally located within a short walk of the US Post  
Office, Hunter Spring Park, Kings Bay Park and Pier, drug stores, a  
variety of restaurants, shops, public boat ramps, the Chamber of  
Commerce, the Crystal River Woman's Club, City Hall and the Police  
Station. Also within a short walk is Citrus Avenue, which is Crystal  
River's downtown main street. Citrus Avenue has a variety of shops,  
cafes and other interesting stores. It also is the location of  
various outdoor festivals held during the year. Adjacent to the home  
is a paved rail-trail and Vita-course used for walking, jogging,  
biking and exercising. 
 
The Plantation Inn & Golf Resort is just 2 miles away.

explore.

SPECIAL: Book three months and get a 10% discount on the rate. 
 
Monthly rate (June - October): $1800 with $1000 security deposit 
Monthly rate (November - May): $2200 with $1000 security deposit  
 
Weekly rate: $600 - $750 (depending on season & holidays) with $500  
security deposit 
 
$100 move out cleaning fee  
 
Sales Tax charged on rentals less than 6 months (State of Florida  
requirement)
