Vacation Rental Description

This 2 story, oceanfront condo is perfectly situated just 15 
minutes south of Rosarito, (between Puerto Nuevo and Bajamar golf 
course)20 north of Ensinada, in a brand new development called, 
Plaza 
Del Mar. Also right next to the hot surf spot,K58. Plaza Del Mar is 
a 
gated community with 24-hour guard and nearby access to all types of 
recreational activities, world-class restaurants, and social 
centers.  It's close enough to town to have an adventure and just 
far 
enough away to get away from it all!  To top it off, a breathtaking 
view of the ocean is seen from both bedrooms, living room, dining 
room, and both upstairs and downstais patios.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2-story condo with Mexican tiles throughout.  Outdoor pool and 
jacuzzi, a playground for the kids, ping pong table, full outdoor 
barbeque and party facilities in a gated community with 24-hour 
security.  Inside, this condo comes complete with satellite 
TV, VCR,( bring your videos), stereo, C/D Player, fully equipped 
kitchen (refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, 
stove/oven,utensils, 
pots and pans), brand new furniture and appliances, Linens and 
kitchen towels,full bathrooms on both stories, a bonus room, and 
lots 
of closet space. Also for weekly and monthly renters, the washer and 
dryer is available for use. (bring your own beach/pool towels)   

Activities and Attractions

Renown gourmet restaurant "La Fonda" is just 1/2 mile away,          
La mission restaurant for the $1.50 margaritas, "Puerto 
Nuevo" lobster village is a short drive to the north, excellent 
surfing near K58 surfcamp,  ATV and off-road rentals, Foxploration 
studios, fishing, walks/jogging, bars and, of course, a perfect view 
of the oceans sunset from both verandas.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (May through October)
1-4 People, $125, ($15 extra per person, up to 6 people)
1-6 People, $650/week
1-6 People, $1800/month, (does not include utilities) 

Winter Rates  (November through April)                                         
1-2 People, $85/night, ($15 extra person up to 6 
people)                                                                          
1-6 People, $575/week,  ($50 for 
utilities)                                                                    
1-6 People, $1300/month, (does not include utilities) 

Holidays and Special Events, $200/night,  $900/week

Additional Fees:

$40 cleaning fee, (One Time)
$150 Returnable Security Deposit
(If you would like cleaning throughout your stay, you can get individual cleaning service as well, 
for about $25 per cleaning).
($200 Extra Security Deposit with a pet)

In case of cancellation, and in order to get a refund, owner must be 
notified at least 14 days prior to the rental date.
