This spacious townhouse (3000 sq. ft.) is located in Cottonwood Heights and is near the entrances to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is 9 and 10 miles to Alta and Snowbird and 10 and 12 miles to Solitude and Brighton. This is a great central location for skiing all the local resorts. There are nearby super markets, restaurants, ski shops, shopping and other conveniences. It is about 6 miles to downtown Salt Lake City.

This lovely townhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, the 4th bedroom has 2 twins and the 5th bedroom has two standard double beds, one of which is a bunk and has a single on top. There is also a day bed in the family room with a pop up trundle that makes two more single beds.
This townhouse has a private outdoor hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 living areas, fireplace, pool table, big screen tv's, satellite with all the movie channels, high speed internet, gas barbeque grill and a 2 car garage.
We also offer discount lift tickets (Super Pass). These cost $61 per day for a 1 to 4 day pass and are good at all four of the local ski resorts. The best savings is at Snowbird, where the ate that includes the tram is $76 if you buy them at the resort. These do include the tram.

The main attraction is the proximity to skiing some of Utah's best ski resorts. But there are also golf courses, historical sites in downtown Salt Lake City as well as sporting and cultural events.

Summer rates are $230 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free. (April 15th to Dec. 15th)
Christmas rates are $415 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free. (Dec. 23rd to Jan. 1st)
Low season rates are $335 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free. (Dec. 15th to 23rd, Jan. 1st to 31st, April 1st to 15th).
High Season rates are $385 per night plus tax and the 7th night is free. (Feb. and Mar.)
