When you walk in there is a wonderful slate gas fireplace with a new divan and 2 custom chairs to take it and easy and catch up on your reading. Large glass dining table with 6 green upholstered chairs. State of the art kitchen with all stainless steel appliances which include: convection gas oven, built in microwave, French door fridge and freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, beautiful granite counters, and cherry cabinetry. Everything you need to cook for those "snow bird" friends. Three gas fireplaces throughout house, including the very romantic fireplace in the master bedroom. Salt water pool and spa. Garage. Third bedroom is used as an office with sleeper sofa. Guest suite has a queen bed, tv, and new slate bathroom counters and bath with 2 very unique Italian vessel sinks. Master bedroom has soaking tub, seperate shower and a fireplace and entrance to the pool and spa for those late night swims! wireless throughtout the home, free phone service to United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
