It is decorated with designer taste. It has upgraded stainless
steel appliances along with granite counter tops in the kitchen,
with ceramic tile floors in the hall, kitchen and baths.
Everything in this unit is up to date. The kitchen is
spacious and fully equipped with all the appliances of home. It
overlooks the dining room with bar stools for informal entertaining
or breakfast at the counter. The dining area accommodates 6 easily
for a sit down family dinner.
Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs and queen size beds.
The bunk-room is great for kids it has a set of bunk beds.
This unit is furnished with a washer and dryer.
Ariel Dunes is located very close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet
Mall as well as other major stores and restaurants and entertainment
area.

Near by: 2000 feet of unobstructed white sand beach across the street
with chairs and umbrellas. The Wales Tail restaurant is right on the
beach. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.

There is plenty to do in this part of Destin. The beach is the most
beautiful you will find outside of the Caribbean. The fishing is
great year round. You can charter your own fishing boat or rent a
pontoon boat and go crabbing in the bay. There is para-sailing or
wave runners you can rent. The resort has an 18 hole course right on the property. Plus 8 tennis courts. Two heated pools, one enclosed for those cooler winter mornings.
The shopping is also something that is close by and the largest
outlet mall is just down the street.  Plus several other great courses in the area.  Also if you have had enough sun there is a large movie theater nearby. There also is a Hard Rock Cafe and other great bars featuring live entertainment nightly. Near by there is a state of the art bowling
alley. Even if you are not the adventuresome you can always find
something to do here. There is a Barnes and Noble Book store that
you could purchase a good book and just relax on the balcony and watch the world go by. There is a great resurant and bar called "CABANNA" on the premises, they will deliver to room or pool side and they also cater any event.

Ariel Dunes also has an ice machine so that you can pack your cooler for the beach.

Ariel Dunes I- now has available to rent a beautiful spacious room that could be used for weddings or meetings. Capacity is 74.
