marble tile counters, an open, spacious dining and living area,
another large family room, an office area, and a cozy reading nook,
all that look out over your own private beach.
Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom (26ft x 14ft) w/ a
king bed, half wall w/ sitting area, and french doors opening to
mahogany porch, all overlooking the beach, ocean and all the way to
the mainland. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed nestled into a built-in
headboard Bedroom 3 is large (24ft x 13 ft) w/ a queen bed and two
single beds, great for all the kids or as another private master
bedroom.
The large bathroom has a beautiful oversized tiled shower stall, a
twin sink corain vanity and elegant pedestal porcelain tub, all with
amazing ocean views.
This home is perfect for either a romantic getaway or a family
vacation. Enjoy dinner outside on the bluestone patio, or just take
a few steps and you can picnic on the beach! The views of sunsets,
the ferries and wildlife on the Lagoon will take your breath away.
Swimming, kayaking, and sunbathing is right outside the door. You
can even park your boat right in front of the house. In 2008 and 2009 this is
one of the few houses on Martha's Vineyard that was entirely booked
from May 1st to October 28th. Its truly a special place. Do not miss
