Many golf courses are within a 10 minute drive including all of the top restaurants, casinos, spas and shopping centers.  It is in the perfect location...quiet and safe yet so close to all that Vegas has to offer.

Home is fully stocked with DVDs for viewing, surround sound, games, heated pool & spa, wireless internet and so much more! It may be hard to believe but you'll enjoy all the ammenities so much you may not want to leave this home. Rates (subject to change)

Nightly - $450 (discount may be offered for nights added onto weekly stay)
Weekly - $1750 (discount may be offered for multiple weeks)
Monthly - $4500 (discount for multi-month stays)

- Pool and spa heating, wireless high speed internet and premium cable on 3 HD TVs included at no exta charge!

- Cleaning fee is additional (for all stays) - $200-250 (depends on number of guests and pets)
- Minimum 3 night stay. No additional charge for multiple guests, sleeps 6-8 comfortably!
- Rates increase a minimum of 50% for holidays and special events such as month of December/Christmas/New Years, March Madness Final Four, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, WSOP, Labor Day, Halloween, Superbowl, Thanksgiving etc.
- Pets are welcome subject to prior approval and a $25 per day additional fee (ask about a discount for longer term stays).
- $500 damage deposit for nighty and weekly rentals, 1/2 month damage deposit for month long stays.  Full month damage deposit for rentals longer than one month.
- 50% of full amount due at time of booking to hold reservation, 100% due 45 days prior. Weekly rate considered 6 nights/7days.
- Refunds: Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 59 – 45 days prior. No refund if cancelled 44 days or less prior to arrival date.
- Special discount of 20% off future stays for returning guests as a thank you from Vegas Haven (no other offers/discounts apply).
