Beautiful Barefoot Resort & Golf Condo Minutes To The Ocean in North Myrtle Beach

This beautiful condo is located within Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach, SC.  For avid golfers there is in the resort 4 signature courses; the Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye.  There is a wonderful pool on the property as well as another very large pool within the resort. The beach is only 2 miles from the condo.

The two bedroom, two bath unit is approximately 1100 sq ft and is located on the second floor of the Rivercrossing complex.  There is a screened balcony overlooking the 4th hole of the Norman golf course with a pond and relaxing fountain off the balcony.  The unit is like new and has rarely been occupied since being built.

The Master Bedroom has a King sizedbed with an ensuite bathroom as well as a walk in closet.  The second bedroom has twin beds with the second bath nearby.  The unit has a plenty of space with a linen closet and a washer and dryer.  The living room has an open up sofa sleeper as well as a leather recliner chair with a dining area adjoining. There is ample bedding for the sofa sleeper as well as the other bedrooms.  

There is a full kithen in the unit with double sinks, dishwasher, stove-oven-microwave and refridgerator with ice maker.  You will find the kitchen furnishing quite an upgrade from most units with everything imaginable should cooking and eating in be a preference.

Two Pools- One in the Rivercrossing complex a few steps from the condo.  Another located between the North Tower Condominium and Yacht  Club on the Intracoastal Waterway (this is the one in the picture)  This pool is one of the largest in SC and also has a swim up Hot Tub as well.  Near this pool in the resort is the wonderful "Jasmin's"Spa

The resort has shuttle service both to the North Tower Pool and to the wonderful long pristine beach a couple miles east. 

The condo provides linens and towels as well as a full kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances.  There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a flat screen TV in the LR with a DVD player.  The Master BR has a 19" flatscreen on the dresser and there is another TV in the twin BR.

The Unit also has free wireless internet as well as telephone with free long distance calling within U.S.

The Unit is a NON SMOKING VILLA and sorry but NO PETS allowed.

The resort as mentioned above has wonderful golf and aquatic activities.  The larger pool has a swim up hot tub.  The pool area in the rivercrossing complex has barbeque grills, picnic tables and a bike rack. The club houses offer dining for breakfast and lunch and there is another resturant at the driving range for oven baked pizza and other items such as wings etc.

At the marina adjascent to the large pool the well know Docksiders Restuarant that severs lunch and dinner and has entertainment on most evenings. The restuarant also serves beverages and lunch fare around the pool deck.

Right outside the resort there are of course a large selection of dining options to experience as well as the very renoun shopping and dining area of Barefoot Landing.

For eveing entertainment there are many options to choose from which include the "Alabama Theater" House of Blues", "Broadway at the Beach," and several night clubs within a few miles in either direction.  So whether it be professional golf, minature golf, eating out, swimming, enjoying the pristine beaches, fishing, shopping or just relaxing, you will most certainly enjoy Barefoot Resort and Golf in North Myrtle Beach.

Additional 200.00 Refundable Security Deposit Required Upon Booking

Departure Cleaning Fee included in rates except for 3 to 5 day rental which is 75.00.

100% of rental fee due upon booking if reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival. More than 45 days out, 50% of Rental Fee is due with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.nbsp; p>Any cancellation after booking for rental will result in loss of security deposit. Rental deposits minus the security deposit will be returned if written cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to arrival, however written cancellation less than 45 days of arrival will result in loss of all rental deposits and fees paid. Provided Condo property is found to be in the same condition and inventory as when the tenant took possession, the 200.00 security deposit will be returned within a week after checkout.
