This charming home is beautifully decorated, and suited for casual, easy living. 175 feet of waterfront, and beautifully landscaped! Take a nap on the hammock or curl up on the daybed in the gazebo. Leave the kitchen sink at home—the property is fully furnished, including kitchen supplies and equipment. Everything you need for a last-minute getaway or vacation!

• linens, pillows & towels: linens and pillows can be provided for a $50 fee
• paper supplies:  paper towels/dish towels, toilet paper, required cleaning supplies (many already available)

Off Season Rates (October - April):

• Minimum 3 nights:  $175 per night
• Weekly: $950

Summer Rates: (May - September):

• Weekly: $1,500
• MINIMUM 3 night rental

$250 security/damage deposit required for weekend rental

$500 security/damage deposit required for weekly rental

$100 cleaning fee

Deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made 21 days before scheduled arrival date.  To initially reserve your week(s), the security deposit must be received within 5 days of reservation commitment.  Security Deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure.
