Beautifully Decorated Minorca Oceanfront Condo-Andros Building
This beautiful 3 bedroom/3bath condo has on open floor plan and 2nd floor oversized balcony with views of the ocean. The condo is in one of two direct beachfront buildings within the 24 hour guard gated Minorca community.
The condo is kid friendly with plenty of sand and water toys, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a wagon for easy transport to the beach. All kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and dishware are included. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and plenty of beach towels.
The porch is fully furnished with soft cushions for relaxing while listening to the waves. The master bedroom has a King size bed. There is a queen in one bedroom and two twins in another bedroom. The pull out sofa is queen size.
The Minorca amenities are available just one minutes walk out your condo entrance and include 4 har-tru tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse with pool table, a fitness center, 2 pools (one heated), 2 heated Jacuzzis and his and her saunas.
There is 24 hour gated security and an access system in the condo lobby that lets you provide entry for your guests. Minorca is a luxury community tucked away in one of the most incredible beach communities that exist.
