The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo,  with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 2 twin beds.  The living room has a 42" Flat Screen  TV and DVD player, Nintendo Wii console with games, and ipod docking station.  The master bedroom also features a 32" flat screen TV,  the queen bedroom a 22" flat screen TV, and the twin bedroom  has a 22" flat screen and DVD player. 

All of the amenities of home are yours to be enjoyed in the fully equiped kitchen which has a fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and  coffee maker.  For your convenience a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located within the condo.   High speed wireless internet access is included as well as free local and long distance (within North America) telephone service. 

Vista Cay at Harbor Square is located next to the Orange County Convention Center,  making it totally convenient for the business traveller.   It is located on Universal Blvd, just down from International Drive (I-Drive).  Walt Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure,  now featuring  the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter, are all located a short distance away. 

Across from Vista Cay at Harbor Square is the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Club.   Since its opening Shingle Creek has been given numerous awards, including being ranked as one of the "Top 40 Best New Golf Courses in the US", by Golfweek magazine.    Conveniently located next door to Vista Cay at Harbor Square is a brand new Publix grocery store, and a Walgreens pharmacy is on site.
