This condo is located NW Mesa (25 minutes from Phoenix Airport and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway.)

An open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen.  There is a laundry room off kitchen.  A balcony overlooks the Pool with lush landscaping including desert flowers and plenty of green grass. The master suite has a Queen size bed with private bathroom, tv, and large walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has Queen Bed with a large walk-in closet and adjoining  bathroom .  There is central air conditioning, basic cable tv, internet and telephone.  The kitchen is fully applianced, all kinds of cookware, dishes, etc.  There are ample linens for bedrooms as well as bathroom.  There is covered parking for your vehicle.

Preference given to longer stay 3-5 month renters

This is a non-smoking condo.

The complex has a heated swimming pool with lounges and a hot tub.

The grounds remind you of a resort setting; lots of green grass, flowering shrubs everywhere.

There are BBQ pits and picnic tables throughout the common area.

There are gorgeous sights to behold here; the mountains, the desert, the cactus blooms.

Plenty of golf only blocks away , shopping, fishing, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Mesa hosts the Chicago Cubs for spring training.  Other teams that train in Arizona are the Arizona Diamondbacks, Oaklands A's and the Seattle mariners to name a few.

$2000. for 1 month, $4000. for two months, and $5800. for three months.  One third is due at booking and balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
