Minimum $250 or greater security deposit will be collected. The amount depends on the length of your stay. Long term guests will be charged larger cleaning/damage deposit. This deposit will be easily be refundable in full as long as there no damages.
25% deposit will confirm your dates. A $75 fee will be charged if cancellation notice is 30+ days prior to your check in date. The charge for less than 30 days notice of your cancellation will incur loss of your deposit unless we can book other guests for your same period.
Discounts for Baby Boomers with ID may apply during the low season. (65 years or older).
Rates subject to change without prior notice. Holiday rates may be slightly higher.
