Reef Pearl Villa | Private Beachfront on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos

Reef Pearl Villa is a two storey villa that features a balcony overlooking the local flora to the beachfront of Grace Bay, and onward to the North Shore featuring waves that break over the world's third largest coral reef.  This is where most of the diving that occurs on Provo.

Another spectacular and unique feature of this property is the access to a lanscaped beachfront 'ceremonial' yard.  This setting is perfect for weddings, anniversaries or any other gathering, providing a natural gorgeous photo point for your special events.

The Villa itself is a deep blue and features two separate entrances, one to the lower area which has a self contained king sized bedroom en suite, with a fully furnished living room and kitchen area.  This lower unit has a beautiful outside porch that is completly encompassed by local flora, you fell like you are in a secluded jungle. 

The upper area has a two bedrooms, both ensuite and they share a fully furnished living room and kitchen area.  With a balcony that stretches from the kitchen area to the living room you will have a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.  

The entire villa has been recently renovated and features the latest in amenities but also a fabulous collection of Caribbean influenced art and furnishings.  You really feel like you are living in a home versus a 'rental'.  This is because the owners live on island and the villas support staff are all local.  The villa is constantly maintained to the highest standards, and your every wish will be fullfilled.  

The other unique feature of the villa is part of the lower section is a recrecation room, with pool table, tv, and other games, open the doors and you will look across a grass yard to a large children's play structure and your own private pool. 

A gravel path beside the children's play area leads to the ceremonial garden and down to the award winning Grace Bay Beach. 

The Reef Pearl's location, burried behind the Turtle Cove Marina ensures privacy with only local vehicle or pedestrian traffic.  Quite often you can spend the entire day on the beach and not see another person. 

With over 100sq feet of beachfront and acres of land, you can loose yourself in one of the many quite spots, created just for you.  In the local landscaping you will find a secluded bench or beach chair, where you can truly find serenity.

With the Villa's recent renovation, wireless, broadband internet along with long distance phone calls are freely included. 

Provided in the Villa are large screen tv's, stereo system, video players and a fully stocked kitchen with the latest gadgets. 

For recreation, kayaks can be provided along with children's toys.  The play structure features swings, slides and climbing ropes along with a 'tree' house area.  There, of course, is a pool and also the recreation room is fully stocked.  Contact us for specifics.

The ceremonial area features tiki huts and all beach accessories, towels, loungers, hammocks etc.

The Villa is monitored by a local security company and features a motion detector alarm system, the property itself is gated and fenced from the road side, and as said before only local traffic is expected in the area.

Within walking distance is the Turtle Cove Marina, this marina features every rental and attraction you could hope for.

Cars, scooters, and water sport rentals are available at the Marina.  Also a variety of restaurants all all within reach from the casual Sharbite, or Tiki Hut.  To the more formal Baci to the elegant Magnolia, featuring a fabulous view of the Marina and North Shore.

The first PADI diving company established on island is located in the Marina, Provo Turtle Divers, along with various pleasure and sport fishing boat rentals, a video store, and a local art/furniture gallery.  Featured within the Marina is also our local glass bottom submarine, which will take you for a 'dry' tour of our coral reefs and all the gorgeous local marine life.

With a car rental, the island of Provo and more are open to you.  The shopping of Regent Village, the local movie theatre, the art galleries of Salt Mills and of course, restaurants that range from local conch in Blue Hills, to seven star dinning of Anacaona.
