in backyard.  Community boatramp. Back of home has Tiki hut, large 
wooden deck and davits.  Home has contemporary nautical decor, fully 
remodeled kitchen in 2006, and tile throughout the unit.  No smoking 
and no pets permitted.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linen closet with washer and dryer, microwave oven, cookware and 
utensils, cable television, DVD and VCR player.  

Concrete dock equipped with Davits for raising your boat.

Community boat ramp. Ocean access within 200 feet.

Activities and Attractions

Wonderful for fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, diving, jet 
skiing, sailing, or just sun bathing.  

Quiet and calm community is great for walking or biking.

Excellent restaurants within 5 miles.
