Our very spacious condominium is just a 10 minute walk from John"s
Pass Village. Our condo sits on the Gulf of Mexico. You will have a
spectacular view from your private balcony, where you can sit and
enjoy your morning coffee or view breath-taking sunsets. The master
bedroom overlooks the gulf so you can sleep to the relaxing sounds of
the waves.

Our newly tiled 1250 square foot condo is fully equipped and
furnished , with a large newly remodeled, full service kitchen, newly
furnished
living room, two bedrooms, master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and
second bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
Two newly refurbished bathrooms and cable TV. Washer and
dryers are located on the same floor. No pets allowed. Non-smoking
unit.

Our condo comes fully equippped, with air conditioning,towels and
linens, 2 telephones, answering machine,3 TV's, VCR,DVD player,wireless internet, fully
equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice
maker, heated pool, jucuzzi, shuffle board and bocce ball.

Ten minute walk to world famous John's Pass village, Casino Cruises,
shopping,dining, deep sea fishing,parasailing,jet ski rentals and
minature golf. Umbrella/cabana rental on beach in front of the
condo. Ninety minutes to Orlando/ Walt Disney World. 30 minutes from
Tampa/ Busch Gardens.

Rent from $650 - $1200 weekly according to the season
11 % Taxes and $65.00 cleaning fee are included
A $200 security fee is required to hold a reservation
The rental fee is due one month before the arrival date
