reservations:   Jan/Feb  or  Feb/March

Application by phone, agreement done by email.  Your security 
deposit holds your reservation. No refunds on cancelations, clause 
provided.  Rescheduling available-same season.  Prepayment on rent required.

It's a great condo!! Just read our past tenant comments at the 
condo.... Very clean and well maintained.  Terrific grounds and views


    No cleaning fee, if condo left clean.  Taking reservations
